Swimming is a great way to keep your body moving, especially if you are not able to do many other activities. It's also a good way to stay in shape and maintain your health. There are many different types of swimming that can help you stay healthy and fit. One type of swimming is called dynamic effort. It's a type of swimming that is low-impact and helps with flexibility. Dynamic effort allows the muscles to relax while being active, which helps the body recover from strenuous activity.
