Canton Barbell personal training
Personal Training programs through Canton Barbell are based on the concept of strength. We believe strongly that strength training IS fat loss training. Because muscle tissue is the most metabolic tissue in the body (meaning it requires energy/calories even at rest) we can increase the metabolism by building lean mass. While fat doesn't not get turned into muscle, lean mass is very dense and therefore can give trainees the firm look they are working for. While the resistance training portion of lifting is our specialty, we often recommend some low intensity steady state (aerobic) cardio work outside the gym.
Nutritional changes are the key to fat loss. Our take on nutrition relies on the idea that the best program is one that you can stick to consistently. Many times, what work is out macronutrient based program. Each individual client is assigned a certain amount of protein, carbs, and fat to consume each day. The types of foods are less of a concern if the quantities are accurately hit.
The process of working at Canton Barbell always starts with a FREE consultation. We will meet with you at our facility to get to know your lifestyle, training history, injury history, medications, questions, concerns, and goals. Once we have some detailed information, we set up a plan moving forward. Below can you see our different options.
Single session: $40.00
6 sessions: $225.00(37.50)
12 sessions: $430.00(35.83)
*sessions are approximately 45-60 minutes.
*payment is due before starting a program and once sessions are utilized.
*Sessions will be charged if the sessions is missed with no call or message.
2. Monthly plans
Up to 2 workouts/week: $259
Up to 3 workouts/week: $349
Up to 4 workouts/week: $429
*workouts are approximately 45-60 minutes
*payments are charged on the same date every month.
*if you need to reschedule a workout, please notify a trainer ASAP
*If clients have a no call no show, it will be at the availability of the trainer if the sessions can me made up in their schedule.
