           Condition at the pace of football play

1.) 12LB Med Ball Seated Box Jump (30")
     3x3

2.) Body Weight Seated Box Jump(36") 
     3x3

3.) Dynamic Box Squat(pause on box, conc. on verbal cue.)
     60% (40% bar weight, 20% band tension)
     9x2 apps 30 second rest

4.) GHD Back Extension
      3x10 (25#)

5.) GHD Leg Curls
     3x10

6.) Sled Drags
    70% Body Weight
    300 total yards
