Goals: Develop Explosive Strength at sub maximal weight
            Condition specificity at the pace of a football game

1.) Drop catch into vertical jump x6
2.) Drop catch into broad jump x6

3.)  Dynamic Safety Bar Box Squat
     @60% w/ bands
     12x2, 25 second rest

4.) Dynamic Sumo Deadlift
     @60% w 60# chains
     10x2 with 25 second rest

5.) A) Banded KB swing x7
     B) 10 yard 150# sled sprint
      8 rounds with 40 second rest
