Goals:  Build explosive lower body strength
             Speed/Power
             Contrast (Loaded/Unloaded)

1.) Main lift contrast.
     A.) Hex Bar Deadlift 55% + 60# chain
     B.) hurdle hop(2) into box jump(30in.)
     12 rounds, appx 40 sec. rest

2.) Sled contrast
      A.)10 yard sled push(460#)
      B.) 10 yard sprint.
      6 rounds(full recovery)

3.) GHD Leg Curls 3x15

4.) Mini Band Lying Leg Curls 3x10
