TEAMBUILDR: FOR ATHLETE MANAGEMENT. Teambuildr allows us to deliver programs to athletes, allow them to track and store data, and view progress overtime. Just Jump Mat: For Jump/Power Tracking The Just Jump Mat allows us to track vertical jump height, and 4 jump average. We can quickly track jumps by simply standing on the mat and jumping. We use vertical jump as a performance indicator for nearly all athletes, even if jumping isn't an inherent part of the sport. More explosiveness will result in a better jump number and SPEED for most athletes. TrueRep VBT: Velocity Based Training True Rep allows us to track bar speed on big lifts. For our more experienced athletes, We can begin to track not only weight on the bar, but speed of the bar, depending on the performance quality we are working towards on any particular day. |
