- Our programs are generalized and not sports specific. Strong is strong, weak is weak, and fast is fast.
- Athletes of different sports can train together. It is a fallacy that athletes who play different sports should train wildly different.
- Groups are limited to 4-5 per coach on the floor, in order to give athletes adequate coaching attention.
- Our programs revolve around the athlete, the athletes don't revolve around our programs. (We always adjust to practice, competition, availability, etc.)
