Adult Group Fitness

Often in group fitness for adults, people are left with either the bootcamp or CrossFit options, and not much in between.  We want to bridge that gap.  Our group exercise class focuses on teaching basic movements done to perfection.  Out workouts are slowed down when they need to be in order to do everything correctly.  The majority of workouts are based on variations of the following movement patterns.
-squat
-deadlift
-lunge
-press
-row

We assure that everyone is given progressions of each exercise that are appropriate for their fitness level and advance them when necessary.
For $119/month, you get coached workouts every Tuesday/Thursday at 8am as well as a nutrition plan and ongoing consulting.  Its hard to beat this deal!
